You are correct, so if everyone is doing such a great job of policing, why
do we continue to see Chs and Selects at times with poor temperament. It does

short life spans, temperament . People rush to breed to dogue o' de

National...it happens, and we both know it. Doesn't matter how great YOUR
dogs
are, I am talking about the ones that slip through...kind of goes along the
lines of mediocre CHs....self policing is great...as long as everyone DOES it.
