I know I'm really not "worthy" of stepping in here since I'm just one of
the little people -- but -- I do feel I must ask --- Since we are, I think,
talking of our German Shepherd Dogs and the history of their breeders
and so forth - (trainers, handlers, judges etc.) -- Tell me why AKC
would need to even be informed of this?? I feel the "gathering" of
all that we need can and should be done by "us" and with enough
folks already getting excited about this project, I, for one, will do a
bunch of stuff, if a volunteer is needed for
#1 Digging in to history (I love history)
#2 The awesome "job" of interviews and that sort of thingy
#3 Getting pics etc. would be difficult for me tho
#4 TIME ---- oh yes, "Never A Dull One" -- title of my auto
biography that I have nothing but that - the title - so far in writing!!
#5 I feel the checking up and publishing of a continued type of
informative, historical publication for all of us, especially Newbies
to E N J O Y would be awesome! JMHO Norma no L

have ideas how to implement this but need approval from some people. The
Review should be the vessel to save these interviews.
Gail Sprock comes to mind to get her approval to include the interviews she
had done in the past in the wonderful yearbooks she published.

Ideas and input are welcome.

Hi Joan,
This ties in with my thoughts on archiving materials which show our past
history. I'm not sure AKC will take everything so if anybody has any ideas
on
where to "headquarter" things I would appreciate it. Many things have been
lost already. This is a project we really need to do before it's too late
as
Joan says. Tish
