Well, what's the point of complaining, if the Board of Directors chooses to
ignore the complains?
It is important that the BOD finds the delicate balance that deals with rule
breaking. It is very damaging if the BOD ignores the illegal behaviors of
some, especially the members of the board. They will send a message to the
membership that the only way to achieve corrective actions is thru the courts.
One of the responsibilities of the The BOD is to safeguard the members right,
and the club.
That is just my opinion, of course.
