And I apologize to you and Penny if you feel my responses
are encouraging nastiness.....but
I cannot just leave those "blanket" statements alone when
someone continues to denigrate our "Show" dogs and breeders of
these dogs. Most Breeders of show dogs that take the time and
travel and work and money to show the results of their breedings
to the world are dedicated, sincere and stand behind their dogs
a WHOLE LOT MORE than given credit for.
( Again...not all are heroes...it's never ALL in anything. <G> )
BUT....I DO NOT believe we are the "ruination" of this Breed
and I do not think those statements should be left laying there
for some of the newcomers on the List to read and accept as
'gospel' just because no one contradicted the statement.
Likely is is ME that should set to no mail...not you Mr. Ed. <G>

Maybe it's just me but it seems like the nasty crazy stuff here comes from
folks who don't breed or show GSDs but they seem to know exactly what we
need to get our act together. But then again " we" keep responding to the
comments and that just encourages them to keep the crazy un supported
comments coming. As a result My days on the list may be coming to and end
