I am not suggesting that we go backward in time, but venues that are
self-sustaing SHOULD take precedence over those that do not. Back to the
basics, folks. LOVED Evan's post, some of which is below:

Conformation, obedience, herding all earn money. We have always made money
on the GSDCA Nationals, but lost on the SV and WDA involvement.
It is not hard to see the club is losing sight of what it is formed to do.
That is to benefit its members and to serve the breed.
We are failing to do that. It is time our Board got back to what they
should do, and stop bickering over other issues.
