Ok since I love Eggnog I make an Eggnog Pie. Even though it is Thanksgiving never too early for eggnog. 1 Graham Cracker Crust (premade one fine 8 inch) I package Vanilla Pudding the Large Package 2 cups of Eggnog 8 oz container of cool whip Nutmeg (for garnish) Make the package of pudding but instead of milk use the eggnog. Once the pudding is made fold in a little over half of the container of cool whip. (you can use the rest to garnish the top) Pour mixture into crust, garnish with remaining cool whip if you like and sprinkle with nutmeg. Then place in the refrigerator for about an hour to set. Now the above recipe is for the kids for the adults you can add a couple shots of rum or brandy to the mixture too. Or if you like the taste of rum you can add a tsp or two of rum extract. Hope you enjoy as much as I do. Tammy Paris-Smith Noble Spirit Shepherds ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2008.
