Chuck,
No offense at all. You are simply pointing out a problem that you have seen. I
do feel there are other circumstances that exist (more often perhaps) other
than any gender related biases. How many shows do you see a judge give
everything to a Handler that just finished a champion for Him or Her barely 6
mths to a year before? All legal by AKC rules ( sometimes to the day) ?
I did not mean to oppose you & if Carolyn McKenna says you are OK then you are
definitely OK.

Gene, you are probably right...in fact I know you are right...BUT I have
never had a man judge say to me I feel intimadated by a female handler...may be
,pardon the expression "sucked in" by a female is what i have observed of some
male judges....I have however, been told by at least two female judges that
they feel intinmidated by male handlers....Thank God we have most who are not
intimadated by any handlers...I watch many breeds at the shows...I see many
intimadated judges..I have even intimadated some when Ann Mesdag and I were
competing in the same ring...I have to admit Ann was the original
intimadater.(GGG) I
love her ,but she was a competetor exalence??sp.
Sorry if I offended.....but if the shoe fits...then be pissed that i found
you!!!!!!
