Thank you, Ginger for posting this information. Folks, this is a really
serious matter, and has been for a loong time; Paul Root had been telling us
this for a while, and I think very few people took it seriously. I KNOW that
some people will just ignore this post, and some will poo-poo it away; but if
we don't take all these proposed regulations very seriously as TAKING OUR
RIGHTS AWAY, no one will be able to breed dogs. OMG, what is happening to this
FREE country ?? ?
