I would suggest an at ringside discussion with a very experienced resource so
you can bounce questions off of them directly. If you ask, almost all are
willing to spend time with you at ringside to "critique" the dogs and explain
structure etc.. from outside the ring. If possible, do so at a specialty show -
it's very relaxed, there is more time to examine the dogs and you will
typically find a lot of quality at those shows with differing virtues to
broaden the discussion.
Both Sheila and I are more then willing to do so if you find us at a show. Many
others will gladly assist as well, just ask for a "Mentor For the day" or post
to this list that you are looking for a resource at an upcoming show.
