Good idea, however, the "region" is not actually selecting the judges, the
officers (or maybe even one or two people, in some cases) of the clubs are
voting, not the membership in the region. We really need a method for every
GSDCA member in the region to vote. There must be a way to vote on line as
Terry suggested.
