Hi all, My local club was contacted to help participate in this study. It's not too long, and as you can see below, the information is kept confidential. I am forwarding the questions to the other list, but this one does not accept attachments, so if you want a copy, please email me individually. Please help Michele out. Thanks! I've attached the questionnaire and also included an email below that can be forwarded to the members. Best, Michele I am a graduate student in the psychology department at Columbia University, studying dog behavior. I am collaborating with Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest, Hungary on a project about temperament in German Shepherds. I am hoping to find at least 50 German Shepherd owners who are willing to fill out a questionnaire about their German Shepherds. I have attached the questionnaire, which can be completed in Word and emailed back to me at mwan@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx You can navigate around it by pressing the "tab" key or by clicking in the gray areas. The questionnaire is intended for GSDs who are at least one year of age and who are registered with the AKC or a comparable breed registry. If you have more than one GSD who meets these requirements, you can fill out more than one questionnaire. Or, you can just randomly choose one of your GSDs to write about. It is up to you how many questionnaires you want to fill out. Please note that the confidentiality of your information is of the utmost importance and is handled in accordance with data protection laws. In addition, I do not make judgments about particular owners, breeders, or dogs. Instead, the goal is to understand more about the breed as a whole. It takes about 10 minutes to fill out the whole questionnaire. Once you get through the first section, the rest is multiple choice. Thanks for your time. Below, I have listed further technical details that I must provide for your information. I can be reached by email or by phone at (646) 708-1953 if you have any questions or concerns.
