For a new CERF the cost is $12.00 for a purebred and for a Re$B!>(BCERF the 
cost is $8.00 to send in for processing
 
The AKC or equivalent permanent ID number AND Date of Birth are required for 
completion of the CERF form.
 
Dogs will be dilated then have to come back in 20 minutes for the exam.  
Recommended to do certification after showing for the day, will be fine for 
next day show.
