I was just reading NASS rules and regulations and saw that in order to enter the event you or the co-owner had to be a member of GSDCA-WDA. In 2010, all owners need to be members. Can anyone tell me the rationale behind this rule? I am not saying that it is good or bad until I can understand why it is in place. It just seems unnecessarily restrictive to me.
