Having been at the board meetings, I have a question to ask of Joan that I
am sure many in the membership are still asking and wondering what happened
and this is why I am asking it on the list.
The action taken to remove Joan as site chair by the B&F committee does not
appear to fall into the guidelines of our bylaws. The process appears to me
to be flawed.
Joan, can you answer the reasons given for the action since none were
provided at the meeting, and I am sure you were provided the info. Still
trying to
make sense out this and the action mostly and why it came under B&F??
