Only dogs that pass the temperament test are submitted to the data base. The
GSDCA Board approved our CHIC information for GSD and the GSDCA began to
participate in the CHIC Program when I was president and health liaison.
Temperament Certification is one of the tests that are on the list for GSD.
The Temperament Committee had a historical data base but it was not in a
format that we could submit to OFA. Dalene McIntire has devoted many many hours
to converting this information to a useable format. The goal is to go back
perhaps to the year 2000 but that is only being done as time is available for
Dalene to do it. This is a very valuable instrument for those who wish to have
the information and we owe Dalene our thanks for doing this project.

Must be fairly recent; 2 dogs I did 8/05 who are on the data base don't
have
any info.....

I checked my dogs on the website and saw only one with the passed
Temperament Test listed although all the dogs have passed it and have
received certificates. He passed the Temperament Test in October 2002 and
the report date on the OFA data base is March 2007. That is five years from
when he received the certificate until it was posted.
