elevation 6,644′ been to both air very different to breathe and some
people can not. Now I have no problems
with it but I like humid air not dry.

Depends on the context...
The issue of rotation is about
making our National accessible to everyone, some of the
time. That means distance and proximity. Doesn't matter
about historic state acquisition, regional assignments, or
the shape of the moon. This is really simple - measure the
map and stick in some pins.
