I would suppose members would have to write to the board requesting this be
looked at and have it put on an agenda for a meeting. Has this come up
at a meeting Tish? Or is this planned for discussion in the future.
If enough members present it, certainly would have to be looked at. Would
require a change in bylaws I believe which would have to be sent to the
membership to be voted on.
