In our municipal council meetings we have, as the first item on every
agenda, a "Consent Agenda." The agenda item reads Approve the Consent
Agenda. and under is listed each item that will be approved without
discussion. Great timesaver. Anyone can, of course, motion to have any
particular item removed from the consent agenda and placed open for
discussion.
