E-mailed AKC NAME and NUMBER of DOG
AKC NAME and NUMBER of SIRE and DAM
My NAME AND ADDRESS
and the actual URL of the OFA SITE listing my dog. Got confirmation in 24 hours
and Certificate in 10 days
OH AND YOUR E-MAILS ARE BOUNCING!!!
