Any member that attends a GSDCA Board meeting cannot speak impromptu . If
A member is going to attend a Board meeting and wishes to specifically
address a certain subject, he must send to the President or Secy ( whoever is
setting up the agenda for that meeting) and request time on the agenda to
present his case or question. The time may or may not be granted,depending
on how full the Board's schedule is. But as Tish said,if a member can
approach a Board member during a break,he might ask that Board member to bring
the subject up. The Board has to cover a lot of work in a short weekend,so
everything is aimed at efficiency. The guest members usually stand up and
get a chance to introduce themselves,at an appropriate time,however. And
members are encouraged to attend a Board meeting ,when it's held in their area
,just to see how their Board operates,and who does what on the Board. I'm
