What?  Are you kidding me?  There is not a region that does not  have 
people qualified to be on the board.   Problem is name  recognition. Maybe that 
will make people step out more!! 
I am torn about the change as I think we should reduce the number of  board 
members, but I do not disagree with Lissa, Diane, Helen etc... that we  
need to make some type of representation from regions. Maybe not specifically  
from futurity regions but at least east, west, center.
