Keep in mind that a lawsuit is what ONE PERSON CLAIMS HAPPENED (the person
who feels "wronged" and is suing!). You are not reading the "other side
of the story", and there is ALWAYS another side. One of my favorite
sayings...there are three sides to every story...his, hers, the truth!
Also, it is my understanding, Evan, that NO COURT has "validated this
lawsuit". The District Court of Appeal simply said that Florida is an
acceptable LOCATION for the lawsuit . NOT that it has an opinion on the
actual
lawsuit at all.
