I agree with Kathy. Profit or Fail. Period.
And, another thought.......
This is 2007, the 21st century. Why can't we use today's technology to have
Board meetings?? Travel, food, lodging, etc. are unnecessary expenses and a
waste of time, just for verbal meetings, IMHO.
