I know your lawyer heart is speaking, as probably is your fancier heart.
This decision was reached with plenty of thought, and while is sad to see a
club closing, it is a fact, a sad fact that is becoming a consideration to
many clubs.
I tell you, as I said to Heather before, all this grandstanding on the list
is not warranted.
I emailed you privately last nite, but I got no answer from you. You chose
to answer here on the List. This is not the place, and quite frankly I am
getting tired of defending a position and a decision, when those not involved
are trying to make me look like the bad guy. But, I will be happy to talk to
you about it in private.
This is not personal, and I will suggest that there are many other clubs
about to fold also, your energies may be better put to use to help those club
who still haven't reach the point of folding.
