[ SHOWGSD-L ] GSD needs help in San Antonio

Hi Guys, I never do this but Lorraine and this poor dog both need help!!!
My friend in San Antonio has a GSD running loose in her apartment complex in
San Antonio, Texas. The dog was apparently abandoned right before the the 4th
holiday. They've contacted the local GSD rescue and they never received a call
back Their answering machine says they are full and not accepting any other
GSDs. She has been putting out food/water for him but he is getting overheated
during teh day and desperately needs help. She has not been able to get close
enough to get hands on him. Can anyone help???
