The French Ring Sport - Mondioring Ring here in the States - is Working Dog Sport with agility exercises instead of tracking. They had their Nationals here in San ANtonio about 3 months ago. It was neat. ALl done in a horse arena. (As a matter of fact, in George Strait's horse arena - and he didn't charge them) I skipped the first day of Level I. but 9 Belgium Malinois and 1 GSD competed. The GSD won. YEAH! I watched the LEvel II & Level III dogs work on Sunday. Very impressive. The work is totally off lead and they are so in control. There is a group that trains about 5 miles from my house and when this heat wave breaks, I want to go train a puppy with them.
