I would say bad bite is worse, as it could effect the dog's ability to both
bite and eat.

Missing anything other than a fang is not likely to cause other problems for
the dog. But a bad bite can interfere with life in many ways. I have seen the
effect of bad bites on many dogs, in many different breeds. sheila

In our Standard under the section headed "TEETH" it describes an overshot
jaw or a level bite as undesirable then it states any missing teeth other
than a first premolar as a serious fault. Which, in you opinion is worse, a
bad bite of a missing tooth other than a first premolar? Is undesirable and
serious the same, which is the most serious? Is incising food as important
a function as tearing food? Inquiring minds want to know! D.D.
P.S. Lets re-examine other sections of the Standard that poses similar
questions.
