My critic was from a professional point of view. Increasing ads and making the
Magazine more enjoyable for the public.I would still like to see the REVIEW
made public and sold. ight bring in a few new members, might get the public to
understand the breed, might get the public to think twice about buying a dog!!

I actually like to see the winner of each class at a show and the list of who
placed in the class. Iknow we can go on line for those, but a lot of them
don't have the pictures of the winners. This allows me to see a picture of
who the winner is from other parts of the country. I would also like to see
the critiques back in the review, one person's opinon but still I think
informative.
Futurities/ Maturities/ Specials - Needs to be shortened, majar winners only
and
some of these pictures are so dark!!

Front� Cover, as� usual OUTSTANDING

Colored ads, beautiful, but since this is the last issue before National not
near as many as prior years, not sure if the� Review has a�sales department

two page ads and a single ad in color, 2-two page and�4 single B/W. The�
Canadian National;� Ad would have been beautiful in COLOR, in B/W drab. Oh by
the way did you notice the $1,5oo in prize money at the� BC Specialty. hum!!

The� ARticles:
Hopice Care for Rescue dogs - nice color pics and made me cry; yes folks we do
have obligations.
�
Not sure who the dud is in the bathing suit, but the kid looks like Jackie�
Cooper
�
To� Skater, My Teacher - Great article by� Diane nice pictures
�
Demise of� AKC Gazette - Nice OBIT
�
AKC Launches Therapy Dog Program - 10 years too late�!!

ROM DAMS: Well that is what this issue is all about - 34 pages out of an 80
page
magazine, keep the pictures of the new qualifiers with info and pedigrees,
put the rest in the RED BOOK.

MEMORIALS: If there is anything we do well, its Memorials. AVA's is
outstanding,
and the picture on the� dock in B/W makes you cry. and ECHO looking so alert

majestic. Note neither is a Champion!!

The LAST AD: Whose idea was this and what did it cost?? 35 years of the
National
Specialty for only $1,300. Now most of us like to walk down�Memory� Lane
but for
$1,300 I can feed a whole lot of rescues, furnish several kennels, Vet checks,
spaying/neutering. Hell I can go to the National and get drunk with Evan,David,
FB and Lee�and hear about all those Nationals (now that would be fun).

This magazine should represent the� Best of the GSD. The better it looks, the
better the contents, the more advertising. Cut the quality and everything goes
downhill.����
