"Well I challenge anyone to go on petfinder.com and give me a zip code where
they
verify GSDs are a serious problem in shelters. I check petfinder.com at least
twice a week and I find only three or four real GSDs in a 300 mile radius and
three of the four are with our local rescue who is affiliated with our club. I
guess the southwest is making better progress than other areas."
I am sure there are more mixed breeds than anything else, but even "ONE" GSD or
any other faithful companion is too many.
