"The mill owner is going to court in January regarding her mill and will most likely be closed. We have been trying to pull and spay the females so that they cannot keep breeding. However, until she goes to court the dogs will not be confiscated and quite frankly most probably won't make it until then." This is unbelievable!! Isn't there some way that these dogs can be removed BEFORE the case comes up for Trial? In Maine, the dogs would be Confiscated, and the Owner would be dealt with later. Maybe things are different in MO, but it seems to me the dogs' safety and well-being should be the primary Concern!!!
