When you are considering judges to show under at an all breed show, do any
of you do a history check and see what dog he or she started out in? If you
do why? If a judge started out in Collies what would that tell me?

You bet...and InfoDog has their records right on line plus results from the
past 2 year assignments in every breed they judge.
As to the Collie breeder question...it would depend on the breeder and when
I go back to their past assignments the results and the dogs they put up
mean much more to moi.
