I would have no problem with that.....may not five, but at least two for
the Group
and three for BIS. ASCA uses a panel of 3 "Senior Breeder Judges" to do BOB
at their National....and the IABCA shows sometimes uses 2 judges for the
Groups
and 3 for BIS. Amazingly, consensus usually takes very little
time........each judge
makes their #1 and #2 choice and they are assigned points. The points are
tallied
and the top point winner is BIS....#2 is Reserve BIS.
