[ SHOWGSD-L ] GARBAGE CAN USES

Hi list, since my husband has been ill, I have been doing the dog food  
toting. It has been very hard on me...40 lb bags feel like 400 lbs sometimes. I 
 
solved my problem...I bought a rolling garbage can, (the kind on wheels)....it  
has been a godsend.. I take it out to the car, position the bags of dogfood 
over  the rim of the can, (one at a time) slice the bag open, and watch the 
flow 
of  kibble! The can holds 3 bags easily, and rolls easily into my studio, 
even up  one step. I also use it for bringing in groceries. I just put them all 
in the  can, and haul them to the kitchen! Also, for whatever is too heavy for 
me, load  it into the can and take it wherever I need to. I also take it out 
to the  shavings bin, it is much easier than the wheelbarrow, I can position it 
next to  the pile and just pull the shavings into the can, (no more 
shoveling!). or lay  it on its side, and rake the shavings in. Best investment 
I ever 
made!   (Naturally I have two cans now, LOL) Syd
