No need to wonder what next............animal cruelty for 2 pups dying
with parvo? Some of the most recent stuff I have seen on these animal cops
shows (I watch them to alert myself, not agree with necessarily) are
screaming animal neglect and cruelty when they seize dogs and find them with
either fleas or worms.
If you aren't the target today, will you be tomorrow?
I hope EVERYONE has made comments on the government site re APHIS. Stormy
hasn't been pushing you for her sake...................
They extended the timeline from July 16 to Aug 15.....make sure your voice
gets heard.

San Antonio "Designer Poodle" breeder acquitted of animal cruelty felony

Sylvia Guerra could have faced up to two years in a state jail had she
been
convicted of two counts of felony cruelty to animals.
Bobby Barrera, her attorney, said, "They want you to convict her because
puppies die of parvo, pointing out that animals previously have caught the
disease at the Animal Care Services as well. Their evidence collecting
abilities are woefully inadequate other than to say two puppies died of
parvo."
Lisa Norwood, Animal Care Services spokeswoman, said "the Guerra case
marked
the first time in memory a breeder was charged with a felony."
