I agree with you Angie when it comes to surgery to save a torsioned dog. I did
it once and realized the pain and torture that my guy endured to survive for
..... me? Never again will I put myself first. Live and learn, it's a hard
lesson.

I had a beautiful sable male that went BOM and had 2 majors torsion, we did the
surgery and 6 months later he died of toxic gut . I told myself , I would never
do another surgery again to save one that bloated, torsioned again. It was
devastating on me and my beautiful dog. The recuperation from the surgery can
also be very hard on them.

I had a beautiful youngster years ago that had toxic gut syndrome and that we
lost.
My dear friend, Jack Ogren, told me to start using Prozyme and we have since
that time --15-20 years ago-- we have used with no problems.
He used it for years.
