Ah yes, bleach (a cousin to chlorine) was what I used around my kennels &
barn
for 40 years etc. I remember some folks thanking me for "clipping" their
dog's
nails while they were boarding with me; the concrete/cement exercising did
it.
I had so much going on at the farm it was NEVER boring; er DULL; as in my
autobiography title "NEVER A DULL ONE" I'm hoping to have published next
year.
Love each & every one of you folks out there. You're who keeps me going
now!

I hang inexpensive paint buckets from hooks up high(so that the dogs can't
get to them) and put piece of chlorine tablets for the swimming pool in
the bucket with water. Apparently the flies do not like the smell of the
chlorine. It has worked for several years for me, including this year.

My goodness must be all of the rain we had but flies are out in full
force, My dogs ears are getting attacked big time. I have sprayed
stuff on them but they are all round the kennels. Is there something
I can do to alleivate this situation? I am going to tractor supply to
see what they may have. They are awful!!!!!
