This requires a change to the by-laws.  By-law changes must be  approved by 
the Board, sent to the AKC for their approval, and then sent to  the 
membership for a vote.  It is not being worked on at the  moment.

be looked at and have it put on an agenda for a meeting.    Has this come up 
at a meeting Tish? Or is this planned for discussion in the  future.
 
If enough members present it, certainly would have to be looked at.  Would 
require a change in bylaws I believe which would have to be sent to  the 
membership to be voted on.
