Well, he's learning to hide it better...did you notice this part:

So anyone who has committed a felony can't own a dog now? This
isn't much better than BSL -- like most ARista inspired legislation, it
looks and sounds good
until you start paying attention to what it really says.
This piece of "news" has been flying around to anyone who ever
signed a petition on a particular site...the site owners will send
emails about polar bears, anything...
and all sound good...but most aren't, really.
