Perhaps I'm wrong thinking that Board members from each region
would want things like the Nationals to be distributed evenly and
made easier for all the club members, but it seems reasonable.
I would hope that Regional representation could be an advantage
as well as the best possible dog representation. I think both are
possible. I do belive in cutting down the size - always have!!!
