The following is interesting info regarding origin of items by checking the=

bar code. The whole world is concerned about China made "black hearted=20
goods". Here is how to differentiate which one is made where....
Since this was topic of a recent list discussion, thought you might like to=

know the bar codes to indicate the country in which the goods were made.

Sample: all barcodes that start at 690-695 are all MADE IN CHINA
471 is MADE IN TAIWAN
=20
the first 3 digits of the barcode is the country code wherein the product=20
was made. =20
Nowadays, Chinese businessmen know that consumers do not prefer products =20
'Made in China', so they don't show from which country it is made. =20
However, you may now refer to the barcode, remember if the first 3 digits=20
are: 690-695 then it is Made in China.=20
