Correct Lee! But that is what Carmen wrote in his reply. Doesn't make much
sense does it!
Unless, you are doing some"contabulations" to validate your vote. As someone
else posted, a lot of BS.

I don't think this adds up. The only board members not there was Bart and Lew
as President does not vote. If there 9 in favor, 8 opposed and 1 abstained that
is one more than should have been tabulated. There were only 17 voters there
and this totals to 18.
