Subject: Upcoming Board elections
If you can understand and agree to follow the Bylaws please consider running
for our parent Board- Most recently vacancies have occurred on importnat
committees such as Budget and Finance due to last years election results . The
President has made appointment(s) without a Board vote- see the Bylaw section
on creation of committees- this is a Board function- despite my request for a
Board vote by email on this important committee I have been ignored and accused
of being angry- Our whole Board needs to be involved for membership
representation. Please consider running. Lets get a magority that wants to
follow the rules-Kris
