I didn't say you made that statement, what I was referring to is our by-laws
are not the same as the by-laws in Canada.

I personally made no statement of anyone being brought up on charges.
There is an ethics committee of which Dan Dwier chairs who with Jamie should
look
at the situation. If it comes to the board other than by a private
complaint, I am sure they would do that as chairs.
