Hi, everyone. I haven't posted in a while and thought I should follow up on
this subject. We are getting closer to having the amount of DNA samples needed
for this study but there is room @ the Inn <G>, for a few more yet still, and a
few "extras" beyond that sure wouldn't hurt.

The basics: Pedigree is not needed, all submissions are kept in the strictest
confidence, read the full details here:

Trying to keep this as short as possible. If any questions, please contact
Leigh Anne Clark (contact info in the URL), or myself. We hope to be hearing
from you.

Semi- related, I would like to share about Roxie's "Mega Mission" - and appeal
for a little help. We have a short timeline to work with but hope that we can
fund enough to match the expense of getting there to be able to make the same
amount donation (or more would be better!) to the MG study @ UC Davis. Every
little bit helps! Though Roxie isn't a pure GSD, my guess is there is most
likely strong GSD in her genetic background! Check her out @
http://www.canineme gaesophagus. org/Roxie_ Sr_MG_ME. html

She ran in champion speeds last year and is going even stronger with even
faster run times now. I believe with all my heart they deserve to be there and
realize the huge educational message that could reach the public about these
"orphan" disorders. "Orphan" meaning that these disorders that were once
considered rare really aren't but little has been done via research. And so
many have never even heard of them, so many diagnosis have been missed, so many
have been needlessly euthanized.

Thanks for listening,

Peg M.
