s this not an excellent reason to review the public relations of
GSDCA and reach out to get new members? What steps are being done in
that regard? This is ALMOST as big an issue/project as fighting anti-
animal legislation!

New members are vital to a club but keeping old members to lead the way is
just as important. When long time members are basically excluded from the
club and the same people run it year after year there is no reason for
people to be a member
