If you are a non-resident of NY, I don't think you would (your addy is on
the entry and in the catalog after all.) If you are a resident of NY, if it
passes, it won't matter where it's done, the way I read it (after the date in
the legislation, 9/1, it will be a no-no.)
I wonder what started this...to many fighting dog types butchered on kitchen
tables, I wonder?
