Tish.
You forget the major portion of the sentence that I wrote "why would they
RISK financial loss". Sure a lot of hard work will generate the ability to
potentially "make" money. BUT. when the GSDCA is receiving money for this
work from Purina, it sure doesn't make a lot of sense the the REGIONAL club
that actually DOES the work. doesn't benefit from this financial gain.

Just for the record, there are many reasons clubs don't bid for futurities
but I don't think financial loss is one of them. Even the SE region which
was very small last year made money. I don't recall any clubs losing money.
If a club is will to work it can do quite well.
