[ SHOWGSD-L ] Futurity judging requirements

I'm involved with a couple of clubs that will be hosting fut/mat in 2010 and we
are contemplating judges for the fut & the companion shows. I know that anyone
approved by AKC to judge GSD or anyone that judged a futurity in the past would
be approved. Can someone tell me what the requirements are or if there is a
list of people (not judges) that can do a futurity?
