Thank you very much Carol, for your clarification of the Purina futurity
donations. In reference to the above paragraph, I do have a question,
actually two. First, Budget and Finance was unaware of the existing contract

is B&F not a participant on the board, and second this new contract - who
initiated it and was it approved by the whole board? Again thank you for
your honesty, and if that quality would cost you your chairmanship, then our
club is indeed in dire straits.
