One thing I do know is that the Purina funds cannot become part of the
clubs general treasury. They are designated for education and other purposes
and have always been earmarked separately, but I am sure Tish will respond
to this.
I will say though...from what I saw of the financial's from the nationals,
if its a matter of supporting regional clubs with this or the national
trophy fund, unless more people and clubs donate, the PC must keep themselves
afloat.
Sure there is a reason for something been brought up perhaps on other
lists......
